The relevance of the topic is undeniable. COPD is one of the 3 leading causes of death in the world. In this article comorbid cardiovascular disorders, including pulmonary hypertension, affecting the quality of life in patients with COPD, were studied in 45 patients. It was found that in patients with COPD the following disorders prevail: severe course of the disease, expiratory dyspnea, irreversible bronchial obstruction, airway emphysema, which is accompanied by chronic respiratory insufficiency.
